Where Did I Park - Walk Back (Car Finder). Car Finder Plus is available as Lifetime, a one-time purchase, or Monthly, an auto-renewable subscription. Monthly renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime does not cancel a Monthly plan, so cancel it yourself in your Apple Account settings. When Plus ends, what you saved stays viewable. Car Skins are one-time purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Agreement

The Countdown Day app is published on the Apple App Store by Nattapon Kittisuphat ("we", "us"). Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; these terms add to it for your use of the app. Our privacy policy explains what data the app uses.

What the app is

A countdown and day-counter app with widgets, reminders and share cards. Day counts are calculated on your device from the dates you enter and your device's clock and time zone. The app is a personal planning aid. It is not a source of legal, tax, immigration or other official deadlines, and it should not be your only reminder for anything important; always check the date with whoever sets it.

Using the app

• Use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, its artwork or its code, or try to get around purchases or ads.
• Do not use the app to break the law or anyone else's rights.

Your content

The countdowns, notes and photos you add are yours. They stay on your device and in your own iCloud, and we do not claim any rights in them. Only add photos you have the right to use. Stock photos found in the app come from Unsplash under the Unsplash License, and the app credits each photographer. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot replace: sync and backup depend on iCloud and may not always be available.

Purchases and subscriptions

The app is free to download and use. Optional purchases are sold by Apple through the App Store:

• Day Pro yearly and Day Pro monthly, auto-renewing subscriptions;
• Day Pro lifetime, a one-time purchase;
• Essentials, a one-time purchase that removes ads and unlocks the photo widget.

Day Pro unlocks the features marked Pro in the app, such as extra themes, layouts and sizes, photo widgets, Auto iCloud Sync and backup, and removes ads. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and can vary by country.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (year or month) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Free trial: the yearly plan may start with a free trial (currently 3 days; the length shown on the purchase screen applies). If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly subscription starts and is charged. The app also sends a reminder before the trial ends if you allow notifications.
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Day Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Purchases work on every device signed in with the same Apple Account. Use Restore Purchases on the Day Pro screen. The older Remove Ads purchase can still be restored and counts as Essentials.

We may change which features are free or paid in future versions. Anything you have already bought keeps working for as long as the app is offered.

Ads

Free use of the app shows ads, as described in the privacy policy. Day Pro, Essentials and Remove Ads owners do not see ads.

Services from other companies

Some features rely on other companies: Apple (App Store, iCloud, notifications, widgets), Google (ads), Unsplash (stock photos), OneSignal (push) and Mixpanel (analytics). Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their availability.

Ownership

The app, its design, artwork, text and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Buying an item gives you a personal licence to use it in the app, not ownership of the content.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we do not promise it will be error-free or always available, that reminders will always arrive (they depend on iOS settings and limits), or that iCloud sync will never fail.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the app, including a missed date or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.

A player for relaxing sounds with a sleep timer, reminders and general sleep information. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat insomnia or any other condition, and is not a substitute for a doctor. If poor sleep lasts for weeks or affects your day, talk to a clinician.

2. Using the app

• Use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, its sounds or artwork.
• Keep the volume at a safe level, especially with headphones and when sleeping.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

The app is free to download. Optional purchases include the Plus yearly subscription, a lifetime unlock, room passes and themes. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and can vary by country.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Plus renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Free trial: Plus may start with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly subscription starts and is charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• One-time purchases are yours on every device signed in with the same Apple ID; use "Restore Purchases" in the app's Settings.

4. Ads

The free version shows ads, as described in the privacy policy. Rewarded ads that unlock a theme or room for 24 hours are always optional.

A sleep diary you fill in yourself each morning, with a chart of recent nights and a PDF report you can share. A personal record, not a medical assessment. It does not measure, diagnose or treat insomnia or any other condition, gives no score or advice, and is not a substitute for a doctor. Times filled from Apple Health are copied as saved there; check and edit them before saving. If poor sleep lasts for weeks or affects your day, talk to a clinician.

2. Using the app

• Use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its artwork.
• You are responsible for what you enter and for the reports you share.

3. Lifetime purchase

The app is free to download. The optional Lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — nothing renews and nothing is charged again. It removes ads, shows thirty nights in the chart, adds 14-night and custom-range PDF reports, and unlocks backup export and import. The price is shown in the app before you buy and can vary by country. Everything you entered while free stays free.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Restore: Lifetime is yours on every device signed in with the same Apple ID. Use "Restore purchases" in the app's Settings (or "Restore" on the purchase screen).

5. Your data

Your diary is stored only on your iPhone. We cannot recover it if you delete the app or lose your phone, so export a backup file (Lifetime) if you want a copy.
