Privacy
Updated October 3, 2026
The short version: we do not know who you are, and we have built the site so that we cannot find out.
What we do not collect
No cookies. No accounts. No advertising or social-media trackers. No fingerprinting. Calculators run entirely in your browser; the times you type are never sent anywhere.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or persistent identifiers and does not profile visitors across sites. We see totals per page and the country a request came from, nothing about you.
Contact form
If you write to us, the message, the name and email you choose to give, and the page you wrote from are forwarded to our team chat and kept until the matter is closed. We do not add you to any list.
The paid sleep schedule card
The card is sold through Gumroad, which takes the payment and sends the receipt; we never receive your card number. To make your card you enter the email address you bought with, your license key and your times on the card page. The key is sent to Gumroad to confirm the purchase, and the email is compared with the one on that purchase; neither is stored or logged by us. Your times are placed inside the signed link to your card and are not kept in any database. So that you do not have to type them again, the email, the key and the times are also saved in your own browser's local storage; clearing site data removes them.
Links to other sites
Photo credits link to Unsplash and app buttons link to Apple's App Store; those sites have their own policies. Images are loaded from Unsplash's servers, which receive your IP address as part of serving the picture.
Your rights
Under laws such as the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act you may ask what we hold about you; in practice the answer is "a contact-form message, if you sent one". Ask here.
