Using DozeClock is free. These are the only terms.

Information, not advice. Everything here is general information drawn from population studies. It is not medical advice, does not create any clinician–patient relationship, and may not fit your situation. See the disclaimer.

The paid card. The printable sleep schedule card is the one paid item on this site. Payment is handled by Gumroad, Inc., which is the seller of record; their terms apply to the payment itself. You may ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Your license key, together with the email address you bought with, lets you change your times and make the card again for 12 months from the purchase date. The card is for personal use.

No warranty. We check our sources and arithmetic, and we publish corrections, but the site is provided as is. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a number from this site.

Copying. The facts are public; the writing, charts and page structure are ours. Quote with a link. Do not republish pages wholesale or scrape the site into a competing product. Automated crawlers for search and AI answer engines are welcome, as stated in our robots file.

Changes. We may change or remove pages at any time. Data snapshots are dated on each page.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
