Refunds and terms of sale

What you are buying, how it reaches you, and how to get your money back. Short, because the items are small.

What we sell

Printable cards and plans built from the same numbers as our free calculators: the sleep schedule card and the other printables listed on our Gumroad store. Every item is a digital download — nothing is shipped. Some items are made from the times you enter (the card); others are ready-made files. Each item's page says which.

Who sells it

Orders are taken by Gumroad, Inc., the seller of record. Gumroad charges your card, works out and collects any sales tax or VAT for your country, and sends the receipt. Prices are in US dollars. We never see your card number.

Delivery

Ready-made files are on your Gumroad receipt page straight after payment and stay in your Gumroad library. Personal items come with a license key on the receipt: enter it with the email you bought with on our card page, add your times, and the card and calendar file are made on the spot. You can change your times and make it again for 12 months from the purchase date. If a download does not work, tell us with your order number and we will fix it.

Refunds

You may ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Reply to your Gumroad receipt or contact us with the order number. The refund goes back to the way you paid, through Gumroad; banks usually take 5–10 working days to show it. After a refund the license key stops making new cards. A kit (several items sold together) is refunded as a whole.

Licence

Everything you buy is for your own personal or household use: print it, keep it on your devices, put it on the fridge. Please do not resell, share the files publicly or upload them to other stores.
